Maples Apartments

Living here for one year and the experience is very good. Quiet and spacious apartment with wood floors, central AC and in-unit laundry, free parking spaces, and also designated visitor parking. The location is awesome, close to Costco, Ikea, ALDI and also 355. Not very far from dt Naperville. Many child playgrounds and football court nearby. 5/5.

We have lived at The Maples for a few months now and have nothing but positive things to say! The buildings are cleaned regularly and well maintained, maintenance staff is always on call and quick to respond (we have only needed smoke alarm batteries changed), and the apartment itself is very nice and has great features for an apartment (like in-unit laundry). Natalia in the office is extremely helpful and kind. We have met great families here already and having our own green space with a gate off our balcony to get to it is so nice for my kids. The property is right next to a big park with soccer field, baseball fields, basketball courts, a playground, and a roller hockey court along with a small skate park. The worst place I have ever lived in. The management stereotype, they look down on you bcos you are black. My car got towed for no reason, they will intentionally call towing company on you for no reason on private property. My experience moving out was so horrible, the property is so over priced and that’s why people are moving out, it’s not properly maintained, mold around our bedrooms, and the bathrooms as well. Ever regretted living here, I haven’t gotten over the nightmare and horrific experience & the situations they put me and my family through because of their greediness. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WORST PLACE TO LIVE!! AND THEY ARE NOT WELCOMING especially if you are black

Don't even think about living in that place it's a worst experience I have had so far!!! they're very bad with maintenance and never change appliances they just try to fix it but make it worse than ever 🤬

Maples Apartments is a nice place to live. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance team responds quickly. The girls in the leasing office are very welcoming and professional. The apartments are comfortable, and the location is convenient. It's a good option if you're looking for a decent place to stay.
