Emerald Courts Apartments

This is a great apartment complex. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. It’s a very comfortable place to live. The girls in the office are always friendly, polite, and ready to help with any questions. Maintenance is also excellent. Whenever there is an issue, the maintenance team comes quickly and fixes everything. They are reliable and make sure things are working properly. Overall, the service here is really good and I’m very happy living in this complex.

I lived here for 5 years. The maintenance staff enters your home when you aren't there. Mold in my bathroom has gone untreated. I have electrical issues they refused to fix. Squirrels live in the ceiling. They wake us up every morning at 8am with either power tools, slamming doors, or yelling in polish outside my windows. The buildings are old and out of date. Gym is non existent Pool hours are bad and always crowded The office staff are bothered with any request. I would not recommend here.

Lived here for 2 years with a buddy of mine. The staff here is always so nice and pleasant to work with. Tatiana has really helped us out, always very welcoming when we come in the doors. We can’t wait to move back in!
