Be aware Geisinger Resident families!! Be aware of realtor/ cleaning lady Torie Livziey at this location. Our experience with her was extremely negative, characterized by rude and racist behavior, making our three-year stay during my husband's residency a nightmare. Also avoid 17 Peachtree Lane, as the landlord, Greta Welebob, exhibited similar behavior. One of the major issue was with our security deposit. Despite providing a receipt for carpet cleaning done by our regular cleaning lady, Torie withheld $900 deposit and returned only $200, claiming it was for cleaning expenses. While we left the place spotless!! The apartment was in poor condition when we moved in, with no fresh paint or repairs, yet we were charged for wall cracks and a new paint job upon leaving.
