My husband and I sat up an appointment 2 weeks ago to talk with Chris McCormick about building. We drive well over 2 hours to get to the model home to set and wait for over a hour and a half for Chris McCormick to never show up or answer his phone or emails! Needless to say they have lost our business. Does not seem like they are motivated to build homes.
My friend was given incorrect information by the sales person. It was discovered AFTER the contract was signed and now they are keeping her deposit!!!!!!! Beware of these people. If there was a way to give zero stars I would have.
I am very pleased with the help I have received and I am having trouble purchasing land. The original land purchase failed to finish
Beautiful model home and the salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable. Quality is excellent.
