There was a sudden leak at the ceiling and I immediately email to them. The next day the contructor immediately fix it and even install a new cover pipes and an exhaust fan. The management are great and responsed promptly. I feel safe having with them.

I rented from Rhea for 6 years. Any issue that arose over those years was immediately addressed and fixed. I never had any worry while living in that apartment. Rhea, her staff, and her family were always so kind, welcoming and personable. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy and well maintained. And when it was time for me to move, Rhea made the process easy and took away so much stress during the whole process. I will forever be thankful I found and rented this apartment during my time in Danville.

Had an issue with the induction stove as it incurred a crack while cooking dinner. Brought it up to doc Rhea and she was prompt to replace the damaged stove. We loved the upgrade. Thank you doc.
