I have been looking for investment property in the Danville area for about a year and Mertz & Associates have been very helpful. They are knowledgeable about the area and have told me where the flood zone lines are in town when a property was close to one. They also know the history of the town and why homes are build a certain way and how modern codes could affect necessary remodeling before I could use the property as desired. The agents have always been waiting at the property location when I arrived and promptly respond to calls and questions. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I was more disappointed in how I was treated during the home search and negotiation processes. As a first time home buyer I had lots of questions and depended on the realtor to make certain referrals. Several times, those referrals turned out not to be credible and resulted in my being left virtually “at the table” without a buyers agent! After struggling through offers and the paperwork - I was abandoned and lost faith in the company. Sliver Lining —> I nearly purchased a home I did not feel 100% good about due to pressure, and ended up with my dream home after finding a new team with TEU Realty! It was a blessing in disguise but left a bad taste in my mouth. I wish this big named but small town agency the best, but feel I lost time and was pushed aside despite my spending power. Poo

The agent has been great and always shares new homes in our area that we may be interested in and always makes time for us. Couldn’t ask for a better realty company to work with.

Lesia always impressed me with her knowledge of the area, the inner workings of real estate and her truly honest and caring personality when discussing our options about selling our rental home and purchasing another home. She always made time for me to ask her questions or talk to her about concerns we had even when it was extremely late at night and well past office hours. I would choose to work with Lesia as our agent again in a heart beat.
