Love this place they are all so nice and friendly. Danyel the manager is absolutely amazing
I tried getting in contact for a tour 3 times and absolutely zero response, no phone call, no emails at all. This is one of the only affordable places to rent near DuPage College and now I understand why.
During the Covid 19 pandemic Villagebrook Apartments took advantage of their position to conduct business unprofessionally.The phones do not work,office is locked and closed,and no one responds to your email.How is this way of conducting business even allowed?
The staff they have now are beyond rude, the business they conduct is unprofessional, I have lived here for 20 years and it’s just got worse and worse. And every month there is a new complex manager, and no matter how many documents I give them it’s never enough for them. And it’s stressful living here because of them
