We recently moved out and wanted to share our experience for anyone considering this complex. Overall, this is not a bad place to live. The location is extremely convenient, with several grocery stores and shopping options all within about 10 minutes. Even the non-renovated units (like ours) still felt somewhat modern. The apartments themselves are spacious, and the closets are a great size — especially the coat closet. We were lucky to have mirrored doors, which made the space feel even bigger and gave us plenty of storage. If your unit faces the pond, the view is beautiful and was one of our favorite parts of living here. Parking can be difficult, especially at night. I really enjoyed visiting Carol Stream Crossing Apartments and truly appreciated the time the team took to show me the available units. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves looked amazing. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this community to potential renters, especially with the amazing amenities it offers!!

The Community Life Team puts so much effort into keeping residents engaged with fun events and helpful updates, and their communication is always clear and consistent. The staff is kind, professional, and quick to assist whenever I need anything. Melissa has especially been so helpful and supportive throughout my time here, and I truly appreciate her. Carol Stream Crossing is a well managed, clean, and safe community that genuinely cares about its residents. Maintenance is reliable, the environment is welcoming, and the overall experience has been nothing short of positive. Highly recommend living here.

I truly could not be more happy with my maintenance technician. His name is Julio. I don’t like to call Maintance too much over minor things because I know that sometimes it takes up time and in my head I think that there’s always somebody who might have a more serious emergency than me like a toilet leak or something of that nature. I am absolutely amazed by the work Julio has done. He came into my apartment today and fixed all the hinges on my cabinets in the kitchen. He replaced my bathroom sink along with my towel rack. He has came over the years for minor issues as well always in a timely manner! Hey in case you were wondering about positive reviews: they refund a fee if you give a 5 start review. So people give 5 star reviews without actually living there and that don’t accurately reflect their experiences there. While living there, I had a leak in my ceiling due to a roof leak, I had multiple packages stolen, I had my car hit by a maintenance person they contracted and they left a note but no contact info. No one follows the rules about not smoking inside the apartment building either so it’s hard on your lungs. Just want to make sure everyone has accurate information and knows this place sucks.
