I cannot recommend leasing or living here. Management is absent and doesn’t care about your peace of mind and ability to sleep. Drug use is common and the neighbors next to us smoke weed and stink up our unit and building. The neighbors upstairs like to vacuum and make excessive noise at 2am every day. All our complaints were promptly ignored by management with the only thing they say to do is “call the police”. The neighbor across the hall likes to scream like a mad man which again the useless management does nothing about. So basically your life here will be filled with nothing but noise, the smell of weed and cigarettes, and dog crap everywhere. *** update**** SCAMMERS We moved out. My fiance forgot to take off autopay on the rent. We paid what was owed and then the rest came out on autopay. He called and they told him 3 weeks until he can get it back until some month report closes. 3 weeks goes by and he called again they say another three weeks until he can get his money. They are scammers. They also charged us for trash, gas and a vacant fee of $50. We were not even living in the apartment for the days they charged us. We were long gone. So basically they charged us for them to fix and rehab the apartment. None of them know what they are doing. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS WE ARE NOT PAYING A DIME FOR STUFF WE HAVE NOT USED. My experience of living here has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would like to highlight several key aspects of this community. First, the management of this apartment complex is exceptional. Such friendly management… the ladies there is quite exceptional. They’ve answer my concerning questions, very friendly. The apartment is nice and cozy and updated. I like that front door security access and the modern kitchen. The outdoor gathering area is exceptionally nice with pool access. I highly recommended if anybody is in search of an apartment. Unfortunately, I experienced the same. I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in, yet I was charged $1,141 due to a disposal-related blockage that was not caused by negligence on my part. The management lacks professionalism and accountability. Initially, they are friendly and welcoming, but once you raise concerns, they become unresponsive.
