I was upset I had to give one star to make this review. I have lived in my neighborhood for ten years now and they have been an absolute nightmare to work with. They care more about telling children they can’t play with balls in the neighborhood anymore than actually taking care of issues that are a danger to the health and safety of the community. One particular instance involved hoarding, body fluids, and an uncontrolled mouse infestation that went out of control with ZERO help from them ALTHOUGH the mice were seen exiting the specific property. When the apartment was eventually cleaned, they allowed a dumpster to sit outside of the unit with bio hazardous material spilling over the edge and onto our sidewalks/my driveway. If I could give them a zero I would. Emails go unanswered unless they are about money owed to the HOA. They “communicate” issues with the landscaping company but they never resolve any issues. I have 4 bushes that are dead if not dying. The landscaping company DESTROYED many beautiful bushes and shrubs over the summer including one by me that blocked the street sound and visuals. Now winter and many hours after the end of the snow storm my community is digging them selves out. After the city came a cleared the roads initially, the landscaping company has yet to clear out sidewalks. If you’re moving into a community with an HOA stay far away from this management company. It’s too bad that HOA’s have too much power.

I absolutely would not recommend Association Partners Inc. My experience with them in Naperville has been terrible, primarily due to catastrophic financial mismanagement and poor service. Our monthly assessments have jumped by a shocking 53% in just five years, yet the actual property upkeep is still awful. We are getting zero value for these massive fee increases. On top of that, communication is nearly nonexistent—getting a response from our manager is impossible—and there is zero financial transparency regarding where all our money is going. Save yourself the headache and the expense. You should avoid this company at all costs.

Our experience with Associate Partners has been consistently disappointing and deeply frustrating especially with Arlene. Not sure how they are hiring people, but for sure they are NOT looking for not the best and brightest. Despite repeated requests and documented issues--including pest infestations, broken vents, deteriorating concrete, and neglected landscaping--the company has failed to take meaningful action. Communication is evasive at best, and service requests are routinely ignored or delayed without explanation. This is not a matter of minor inconvenience--it's a pattern of neglect that compromises safety, property value, and quality of life. Horrible personal and rude. I called to ask a simple question. Spoke with Ellen Curtin. She could not have been more condescending. I took the high road and continued to be nice. I finally asked her, “did I do something wrong?” ..She told me that my questions are a waste of her time and I should just look up the answers in the association bylaws. (I don’t live in the association and not privy to a copy of the rules and regulations). Association Partners, you should be ashamed of your lack of customer service. And based on the other reviews on Google, it’s quite obvious that you couldn’t care less.
