Village Square

My friend has moved here and they have bad heaters. One star for location. The elderly and disabled are being taken advantage. Some apartments needs updates and they neglected a few new people who moved in too. Young low income people please do not move here. And they double dip into bank accounts too. The maintenance is terrible here. HUD needs to come here soon. And they lie to their tenants and they have tenants not following the smoking rule and get away with it too. This place is a total joke. They need to hire more maintenance not a cleaning man.

Hello, my name is Kathy GERMANN I had an application in there a little over two years ago and my number was 38. Diane was manager at the time every time I called. She was very sweet and kind then when I went in there and asked her about my number she goes oh no you’re not number 38 you’re number 97 so I said how could it be? I’ve been on the list for two years so then she said well we’ll have to put you back on and I was like l like number 99 so then I call back oh maybe before she retired and she said my number was 68 then she was gone and she was training other women so I forgot the other ladies name maybe her name was Lisa she told me to call back in two weeks. This was three or four months three months ago. I’ve tried calling and calling. Nobody will answer the phone. I just want to kn

Refrigerator replacement. It's new, not necessarily better but different and it works fine. Once we found the AC socket that works, that is, it works fine. We have excellent staff and maintenance, thank you to them. *** Let's hope future federal administrations continue to invest in the quality of life for the elderly and infirmed. ***

Village Square Apartments is the nicest apartments. The staff: manager, managerial assistant, maintenance supervisor and maintenance employee all go out of their way to make you happy and safe. Yesterday, December 21, 2021, Village Square Apartments catered a Christmas luncheon for all of us. The food was delicious, the catering, by our staff, was delightful! If you're looking for the perfect place to live with nice people living here, choose Village Square Apartments. I have resided here for 4 years; I am thrilled to live in such an upscale place with staff who know what they're doing and do it just right. Hope to see you here someday. I was very please with my experience at village square. Myself and my mother who is elderly were not sure as to what we were looking for as this is our first experience doing anything like this. When we arrived the staff was knowledgeable and very welcoming to me and my mother and I could not be more appreciative of the property manager and all of the staff assistance .
