First of all. I've NEVER heard of anyone being able to close on a house in 5 weeks. Julie made this happen for us. We were able to avoid paying another month of rent this way as well. Julie was extremely helpful throughout our home buying process. She always took time to explain things to us when we had questions. This was very important for us for our first time buying a home.
