Great staff supports quality lifestyle at Renaissance — When my wife and I decided to relocate back to WNY, we looked for a rental community with these important factors 1) quality living space to help us to adjust to a downsized lifestyle, with walkable grounds green space 2) location in the midst of Amherst's great restaurants shopping, and close to the airport and 3) a community inclusive of a range of ages, lifestyles, occupations activities, as well as pet-friendly. From our first meeting with Erika, we were impressed by how much care was given to making us feel welcome. Friendly leasing office and staff, but looking at the brown lawn and dry cracked, that tells you something. The sprinkler ran once a week or once a summer season or never? It is not like this just four years ago.

My family loves living at Renaissance Place Apartments. The people living here are great. We’ve been living here for going on three years and the reason for the five star rating is not because of the place itself. Yes, the area, the buildings and the grounds are all good, but it’s the people who work here that makes this place five star rating. During our time here we’ve experienced several types of issues in our unit. Through all those issues the Renaissance’s maintenance team has been exceptional. As the time passed we’ve seen some of there team members leave, but they never failed to bring in another professional. Their present maintenance team member Rob is no exception. He is professional and has a friendly presence. He answers all work orders in a timely manner, and he lets you know

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent work of our apartment maintenance team, especially Rob. He has consistently provided prompt, professional, and friendly service. Recently, I had an issue with Plumbing and Door lock and he resolved it efficiently and with great attention to detail. What truly stands out is their dedication to keeping our living spaces comfortable and functional. The Maintenance team were courteous and respectful throughout the process, which made the experience even better.

We are new residents at Renaissance Place, and have been so grateful for the welcome and help we have received. Kristen has been incredibly welcoming and helpful with ensuring our move-in requirements were met, also helping to navigate challenges that cropped up. Additionally, we had an appliance short-circuit the weekend we moved in. Maintenance quickly arrived the next morning to restart it, later returning that same day when a different issue cropped up, and going above and beyond to ensure the appliance was working properly for us. We are incredibly grateful for all the assistance.
