My husband and I moved to Stonegate eleven years ago. He passed away a couple of years later and I decided to stay. Since I have been widowed, the people who live and work at Stonegate have become my second family and my best friends. There is something going on every day and some evenings. There is never a lonely day here if you don't want there to be. Stonegate is a wonderful, warm and caring place in which to grow old. It is also fun growing old here. The person who makes living here the most fun is our director/manager Roz Marcus. Roz came to us about ten years ago. She is the best thing that has ever happened at Stonegate. As a long-time StoneGate resident, I have to give a shout out to Roz and Phil for the outstanding festive holiday decorations. It was so nice yesterday to return home after a rather long 12+ hour day and see the brightly colored icicle lights adorning the clubhouse. The blue snowflakes added a special touch and just reinforced how lovely they are when illuminated against the night sky. Thanks for all you do each day to make StoneGate the wonderful place to live that it is.

I have never been happier with a decision than I have been with moving to Stonegate Apartment Homes. The attached garage was a major selling point. It is so nice having my drive plowed and the walkway salted always! Wayne and Mike are the best maintenance team ever! Whenever I have asked for any work order they are there the same day or the very next day! Amazing! And Roz, the manager, she is top rate! We all love Roz. There is always something going on and Roz makes sure that we are all satisfied with our needs. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

We like living here at Stonegate. Our townhouse has just been remodeled and we are very happy with the results. The main reason we like it here is because the maintenance staff -- Wayne, Mike and Arthur are outstanding. They are very accommodating and extremely pleasant to deal with. The other main reason is that the property Manager, Roz, is also very accommodating and extremely pleasant.

Glad I made the decision to make Stonegate my home. This year has been exceptional! The staff is amazing and the neighbors are awesome. Best decision I could have made! If you are looking for a place to call home; Stonegate should be your choice.
