Village Square Apartments

Lived here for 3 years. Worst place ever. Were talking mice/roaches/growing mold in the bathroom/ ac not working & management who doesn't care and never there when u need them, I had to wait 6m for an air filter. My car got towed away because management lost their records. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. U will be lucky if u get 10% of your deposit back after leaving the place in better condition then received. Contractors fell through the ceiling in neighbors house. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE SO GLAD I MOVED OUT OF THERE :)))

If Google would let me write a review without having to give any stars I wouldn't give NONE! I lived in these disgusting apartments for a 1yr. If my lease was month to month I would of been left a lot SOONER! I had three mice probably more on my apartment two of them I woke up to dead and the other I found in my speaker located in my livin room and took it outside and shook the speaker and it came running out then down my stairs. They were traveling all OVER MY APARTMENT even in my kids room we had roaches as well. The maintenance is horrible they take FOREVER to come fix anything or don't fix it at all then try to charge you for it when you move out. THESE PEOPLE KEPT MY DEPOSIT OF $1600 AND SENT ME A MOVE OUT LIST OF EVERYTHING THEY HAVE TO REPLACE, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME FOR N

These apartments are progressively getting worse. The neighborhood is decent, but realistically it also is getting worse. Termites will eventually be this apartments demise. The laundry rooms are disgusting. That you can thank the kids that run around the apartment complex without parent supervision in combination with grown folks who don't know the definition of clean & how it applies to keeping the laundry room clean. The swimming pool area, well that you'd have to pay me to use. Work orders are a joke & that's just because JK Residential Management has inadequate higher up's, which includes the owners. If you're looking to move into somewhat affordable apartments, please do your research. Any apartments which are under JK Residential or as residents are calling it, Just Kidding Residen

I'd give 0 or negative stars if possible. THEY STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT, DONT LET THEM CON YOU TOO LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO DO WITH ME. Don't let the new laminate flooring fool you, they try to attract customers by putting flooring. Don't be fooled. This establishment does not deserve your business, they dont care about their tenants. You are just a number to them. The management doesnt fix anything and if they do its 6 months later. They running a con on their tenants, not fixing things they are responsible for fixing due to wear and tear, then when you move out they charge you as if you broke them. DO NOT RENT HERE! THIS IS A FAIR WARNING. IF you really need an affordable place to live this place is not worth it because they will screw you later and keep your deposit which will make it very har

1st off this place is so disgusting! DO NOT move here!! Management is horrible and maintenance NEVER gets done!! You have to bug the manager to get things fixs and even then its done very poorly. Ghetto as heck too! Id rate this place a negative if i could.
