Village Square Apartments

Current resident, there’s fees on fees on fees from day 1. Now another $50 increase between December and January. Advertise a $875 apartment and end up paying $1040 after all the nonsense fees that should be built into the rent price but the owners are more interested in trying to deceive to affordability of the complex. Seen owner reply to others saying poor conditions are “uncommon” but my first week my carpets are not all secured to the ground and when you lift them you find molded baseboards, I dealt with power surges/outages, took maintenance 5 days in a 55 degree apartment(normally fast, great timing to have a lapse), and the surges ruining electronics items(no compensation offered), there is still a hole in my (now dirty)wall from the technician replacing the electrical unit months

I lived here for ten years in three different apartments love the community Love the spacious floor plans rooms are large fitness center access is 24/7 and very convenient location to shopping and restaurants and i65 but it was not worth the head ache management made me feel like I was begging for a welfare than a loyal tenured customer their customer service is terrible and they look for gimmick reasons to charge you I had an ant infestation moving in they dont handle pest control they gave me a tube of insect paste and told me to put it around my apartment moving from one apartment to another on their property I had active construction going on in my new and old apartment new apartment toilets not installed upon move in one sitting in bedroom floor and another sitting in shower sho

My experience with this rental company has been extremely disappointing. Not only did they consistently find ways to charge extra fees, but their management team was unhelpful and downright rude. Despite my efforts to maintain cleanliness, the apartment was infested with roaches, and I was unfairly billed for pest control. Even after returning the apartment in better condition than when I received it, they charged me for cleaning their old, dirty carpets. The only redeeming aspect was the maintenance crew, who were efficient and fair. In conclusion, I strongly advise against renting from this company. Their dishonest practices and poor management make for a regrettable living experience.

We lived in the townhouses at Village Square that are managed by JG2 Companies for a little over 4 years. In that time we have seen management companies come and go, renovations, and new faces for maintenance. Village Square is in proximity to everything you could need, but definitely not a quiet option being as it is next to the highway and the fair amount of instances where police have to be called to the complex (Happened more often towards the end of our years here). The renovations that happened throughout the time here were done by individuals in unmarked white vans and they literally built the wooden patios out of recycled pallet wood. We had at least three or four instances where a water pipe burst in another unit and flooded our dining room and kitchen. This complex is in desperat

When we first moved in the apartment the doors didn't work and the bathroom tube spout was broken and the tub itself was peeling. The was roches crawling everywhere despite my complain to get rid of them. The laundry room for the entire building didn't work and made the entire hallway sogging wet. We had to pay $2000 to move out and then another $1000 to fix the carpet and roaches problem such a disgrace the way they aporate. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ,PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SAFETY!
