We decided to go with KHI after interviewing several builders in the area. Our decision was based upon not only the quality of work KHI does but on their professionalism and eagerness to accommodate our plan! Brian and Kristy both were a joy to work with. We signed our contract during the COVID outbreak (end of May 2020) - which was scary enough and then on top of that we were going to break ground on a new house!?! We lived on our property while Brian’s crew built our house - not sure if they all appreciated my eye every day but I enjoyed seeing my dream home evolving! We finally moved into our home in January 2021 and couldn’t be more pleased! Even during the pandemic we had little to no delays - thanks to Brian!! Brian and Kristy was pleasant to work with. They truly cared a lot about our numerous requests. Even while our home was constructed during the Covid event. They was able to push our home into completion. Kristy is very kind and Brian as well. They fulfilled our requests and changes on the fly. I was probably annoying to them with my constant changes but the people that work for them pulled through and made my wife and I happy. I mean heck I drew my home and the measurements and they built it to spec. So much so I had all my furniture that I measured at the stores 9 months ago before they started clearing the tree's and nailed it spot on all over my furniture fits exactly to spec. Best part if something doesn't work out they made it better for example my stair case was flawed and they made

After talking with several other builders, we chose Keene because of how personal they make the whole process. Kristy and Brian took the time to walk us through each step of the construction process and help us make the right decisions on everything from flooring to light fixtures to vanities. Kristy is so responsive and took all of the stress out of the biggest purchase we'll ever make. You just don't find this with many other builders (or hardly any other companies!). They made our dream home a reality and couldn't be happier! An added bonus, they stay in touch with you after you've moved in to take care of any detail, no matter how minor. They truly care and it shows.

Can’t say enough great things about our experience with Brian and Kristy. They are amazing! As first time home builders we had a lot of questions and requests and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We were reasonable with our expectations of the process and anything that came up was handled immediately. We would definitely recommend Keene Homes to anyone considering building a custom, quality home!

I went into this brand new build with minimal knowledge and zero experience; thank you to KHI who delivered a BEAUTIFUL home! I brought with me a rough idea of what I wanted and the finished product is even better than I imagined. The quality of the home itself is great, and all of the customizations were fun to choose and look amazing. Kristy was so helpful and supportive throughout the process, available day and night for all of my questions. Unless you've done this before, ask lots of questions, but the team was always helpful and, I can't say it enough, I love my KHI home!!
