My family and I were in a pinch to find a place that was perfect for our family. As soon as we met Drew, the manager here at Ashley Oaks, we knew that we found our home. We have been here for almost a week and we couldn't be happier with the service and the property. Thank you for the warm welcome to Lafayette!

I want to thank Mr. Drew, the leasing agent, for being incredibly helpful and professional. I was nervous about leasing the apartment while I was still living in a different state, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything was exactly like the pictures—clean, well-kept, and move-in ready. I truly appreciate the support and communication throughout. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for two years at this point, it’s been great! It’s a tucked away quiet community. Anytime I’ve had any maintenance requests they’ve been out the same day and every experience has been kind and professional. Love it here.
