Precedent Flats Apartments

Living in this apartment has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences of my life. A few months after moving in, I noticed the humidity levels were abnormally high. I reported it to management, and while they said they would “keep an eye on it,” nothing was truly resolved. Soon after, I began finding mold — not just on my walls, but on my furniture and even items that weren’t touching the walls. This was a clear sign of a much larger problem. My couch, bed, shoes, clothing, and other personal belongings were completely ruined. I was filling a dehumidifier every single day, and the moisture levels remained around 68%. I’ve had a really good experience living at Precedent Flats so far. The community is kept clean, things feel well managed, and it’s been a comfortable place to live. The biggest highlight for me has been maintenance...they’re quick to respond and always take care of issues without making it a hassle. Overall, I’m happy here and would recommend it.

My family and I love living here; everything is clean and pleasant, and the maintenance and administrative staff are excellent! Our two-bedroom apartment is super spacious, beautiful, and comfortable!

The apartments are lovely, maintained, and offer a comfortable and welcoming space. The environment and community are great with a peaceful, friendly, and safe atmosphere. The staff are kind, responsive, and truly helpful, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home!

The move-in process was fine, no issues there. The problems came IMMEDIATELY after. First, it was the water in my apartment. It smelled like sulfur no matter how long I ran it. I had to file 3 different complaints. The first time they came to flush the system with chlorine. That worked for about 3-4 days before the sulfur smell returned. I called the office to make another work order. They sent a maintenance associate named John, who told me that he was going to put a gallon of chlorine, instead of a cup. He explained it's experimental and suggested I run my water a little longer and also do a few wash cycles. I brought to his attention that my kitchen sink was not working. The water only dripped out.
