I lived there for about 8.5 years. When I first moved in, I noticed a ton of repairs that needed done and the basement was covered in black mold. The staff didn't notify me that the basements will randomly flood with sewage from other units. So be prepared for that. The bathroom with the shower was also covered in mold. The repairs never got done that entire time, some of them I had to do myself. The staff were almost always bad. Office management and maintenance keep changing, but the attitudes and work ethics do not. The place is prone to bedbug outbreaks, mice, and some neighbors complained of roaches. Maintenance does the absolute bare minimum. I had to go out and buy my own mouse traps to solve that problem. If a toilet clogs, or plumbing leaks, or there are electrical issues such as

I GIVE ZERO STARS...... HARASSMENT FROM MANAGEMENT WHEN A REPAIR IS NEEDED. WILL NOT FIX REPAIRS, including water damage, in a timely manner. UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, POOR MANAGEMENT. ALLOWS STALKING FROM FELLOW TENANTS, THAT TESTIFY AND COMMIT PERJURY BUT WILL NOT HELP OUT WITH THE SECURITY FOOTAGE. MISSING PACKAGES. 11 DAYS AND WATER DAMAGE REPAIR NOT FIXED, BOARD IS WRECKED. BOWING IN FLOORS, BOWING OF THE UPSTAIRS STAIRWELL (can view from basement), NO OTHER REPAIRS DONE. followed by harassment for being loud at 1:30 pm for cleaning my child's room/ toy box, no noise ordinance, so cannot even clean your apartment without harassment. The new chick Nancy in there is horrid qn is just a God awful person who tries to constantly start problems. The worst decision they ever did was hire her. These are by far horrible places to stay an the whole place is nothing but drama an it will never change.
