St. Clair Landings Apartments

For a senior citizen home they sure the hell don't seem to know what they're doing The lady I met I could smell alcohol on so definitely not a place to go try for me

My elderly brother recently signed a lease to live in St Clair Landings. When he went to sign up for Comcast cable he was told that the service was not available in his unit. This is because a previous tenant had been downloading child pornography and skipped town when he was caught and didn’t pay his bill. My brother cannot get any reliable high speed internet in that area. St Clair Landings is in violation of their lease agreement because we were not told before moving in that cable was not available. We will be pursuing legal remediation. Stay clear of this place.

I am a resident at Saint Clair Landings and I believe it to be a beautiful place to live in. The people here are nice the accommodations are beautiful and the building has been totally revamped and it's a nice place to live. We have a view of the Saint Clair River, we have access to the buses right out front and back doors and we can get on the bus and go anywhere in this city. It's a nice place to live and yes there are problems here at times, but no apartment complex is perfect . Are problems in every complex no matter what . But we have Darcy,the manager, and Matt and Katie are here and they try and solve every problem as soon as possible. They're good people, they manage the building well and they do the best that they can for all the residents. They help people out, they do things Bey

The remodel is almost finished they are currently going through and installing the new shower heads, counter tops and each apartment will be getting new stoves and fridges, kitchen sinks, range hoods. Plus some of the apartment face the St. Clair River so you can sit out on you patio or balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the freighters glide by then talk to out property manager. Darcy Evens you will glad you did.

My father moved here in November 2017. The building is being systematically updated and is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful and the residents make it feel like one big family. We have nothing but praise to share.
