Closing time! Mary and her crew are awesome!

Mary Seely and her team at Attorney's Title Agency just closed an investment deal for me. They totally knocked it out of the park. They were very thorough in keeping me updated as my deal progressed from processing from the initial purchase agreement to making sure I plenty of time to review documents prior to the closing. Very friendly staff and kept me abreast of everything going on. Closing it on time and personally walking my deeds over to the register of deeds office to insure they were in on time.

I wish I could give this company a negative 5. no communication, passed to different people in the company. Bought a piece of property from a family friend. All they did was prepare the paperwork rush both sides to sign sign sign. When we both tried to read the paperwork all we got was attitude. They charged us to file said paperwork but we had to take it 3 hrs north ourselves. after transactions were done, they called back saying they forgot to charge for other things. In the end, both sides payed this company in excess of $2000 for a $12,000 transaction which we did all the work on. Never use this title company plenty of others out there.
