I submitted a cash offer of $83,000 with no inspection on the property located at 23209 Hayes Rd, Eastpointe, MI 48021. Upon contact with the listing agent, Jamie Sherlock, I was informed that she was already representing another buyer. Consequently, I proceeded to submit my offer through another agent for the same amount. Regrettably, the property was sold to her client for $75,200, allegedly to secure the full 6% commission. In light of these events, I would caution against engaging Jamie's services in the future. It appears that the seller may have missed out on an additional $8,000 in this transaction.
