Village Green Court

Former tenant of 3 years under previous owner and a year under current company. There is nothing to consider it "luxury" living. 675 square feet is not "extremely spacious." My unit was the last to be renovated by previous owner. It was *nice* for a single person. Listen to Tim's review. I took a tour and the place is an overpriced dump. Vinyl flooring and low-end stainless steel appliances that would look nice to an easily deceived, naive person. The basement is low-ceiling dungeon with literal wooden cages as storage. The flooring is cheap and plastic and I have literally never seen a tinier bathroom a day in my life. I am skinny and narrow and would have trouble fitting my rear on the toilet so tiny it looks like it belongs in a Barbie dreamhouse. It desperately needs updates. Not impressed, not luxury, not worth it, not renting.

Awesome location with a park across the way, many restaurants within walking distance, and close to the thru-way. Well maintained. Newly updated with nice finishes. Friendly atmosphere.
