Make sure you give them 60 days notice when you move out because I gave them 55 days notice and they decided to take my full security deposit instead of working with my family and I…this is without informing me that if I were to stay for another year, that there would be a rent increase. It was extremely difficult to find someone in upper management to talk to about this issue. Morally, they don’t care about you. They clearly are money hungry, so keep that in mind before renting here.

Unfortunately, the building is infested. I have had the exterminator here almost weekly since I have moved in. and we still get ''visitors". the roaches are in other apartments so no matter how many times we fumigate and or set out bait. they come back. this is the only reason we are leaving. Maintenance did the best they could but could not eliminate the problem. thank you

Not recommended. We signed the lease for an apartment, 3 days before we move in, they called us saying that they couldn’t give us the apartment because of an infestation. They gave us another option, we moved in. We have a month living here and we realized that this apartment and the building also has an infestation because we saw cockroaches, silverfish and mosquitos inside of this apartment and outside of the neighbor’s apartments. So disgusting!!! Also, the closets in the apartment smell bad. All my clothing got the bad smell in just a month that we’ve been living here. The building smells bad too, and there are always garbage and food on the stairs.

Not Recommended I am currently residing at this property and had a very disappointing experience. I paid one month’s advance along with one month’s rent, yet they still charged a late fee for the first month — which was quite surprising. When I contacted the leasing office for clarification, the staff were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. In particular, a representative named Fedric, who handled my initial paperwork and payment, displayed very poor communication and lacked patience when I asked for information. His behavior was highly unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression. Overall, this has been a very unpleasant experience, and I would strongly not recommend this property.

I’m currently staying here, and we’ve been dealing with ongoing water issues. Unfortunately, the management has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to address the problem. Their response has been to dismiss it as a “community issue,” while other nearby apartments are actively helping residents by providing temporary accommodations. It’s clear that this leasing company prioritizes profit over the well-being of its tenants. The lack of care and accountability is disappointing. I strongly recommend staying away from this
