Living at Clara Barton Apartments has been such a great experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to our resident manager, Shreem. She consistently went above and beyond to make our home feel comfortable, welcoming, and well taken care of. My family previously lived here for two years, moved away, and chose to come back for another year simply because of how personable, supportive, and home-like the community felt under her care. Shreem always put our needs first, handled every concern with professionalism and kindness, and truly made us feel valued as residents. Her dedication is a big reason why Clara Barton continues to be one of the best places to rent in the area. Thank you, Shreem, for making our time here amazing. I have had a very positive experience having Betty Shareem as property manager. She is consistently professional, polite, and extremely organized in managing the property. Her communication is clear and timely, and she ensures that any concerns or maintenance requests are handled efficiently. Betty is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes her responsibilities seriously, which makes the overall experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication.

I moved here not long ago with my fiancée, and it’s been such a nice quiet and peaceful place to live. All of our neighbors have been very welcoming and help each other out. Betty the property manager assisted us with the application process and made it a smooth stress free move in process, which can be a very difficult time. The maintenance crew are also some of the friendliest people, Gerry and Sham are always helpful. Betty and her staff always go above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend living here more!

My family and I moved here back in August. Ms. Betty, the property manager, has been so good to us. She was able to show us the apartment which are amazing and updated! The process to get in here was made very smooth thanks to her hardwork and eye for everything you would need. She made our move go better than expected. We love it here. We love the staff. The people. A great community. All are welcome and very respectful. Make sure to ask for Ms. Betty, she will take care of everything and get you in, in no time! We appreciate all of her help.

I want to take this moment to thank and recognize the amazing work that Ms Betty did as the Property Manager of Metuchen Plaza. She has been a great help right from the leasing process to resolving any problems that were brought to her attention. She was always responsive, and genuinely caring, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. I hope the new management will continue to leverage her wisdom, experience, and the relationships she built with the residents. We wish her all the best in her retirement.
