Camelot at Edison

Our experience living at Camelot of Edison, NJ was extremely positive. The apartment was immaculate and well laid out. The management team of Angela, Nick and Stephanie were amazingly helpful and always responsive. Their online service to address repairs and concerns works really well, and kudos to that team (Adnan and others). Only issues for us were the proximity of a truck depot and multiple highways. Also, if stairs are an issue for you, know that there are no elevators. So! Live there and enjoy! Just try to get a good location- away from the noise and close to the incredible clubhouse, gym and pool!

We've lived at Camelot for five years and truly couldn't ask for a better experience. The management team - Stephanie, Nick, and the entire maintenance crew, are the most helpful, professional, and friendly group we've ever encountered in an apartment community. The apartments are newly renovated and spacious, and the grounds are always beautifully maintained thanks to regular landscaping. We're relocating out of state and are so sad to be leaving. It's been a wonderful place to call home.

Many have noted that this is a very well-maintained community, featuring clean apartments with a modern aesthetic. The community is friendly and diverse, conveniently located near various shopping areas and excellent restaurants, with a beautiful park just five minutes away. However, if your apartment faces the highway (440/287), you may experience some noise from traffic. Additionally, if your apartment does not come with a parking space, you might occasionally need to park outside the community. Renters insurance is required, and there is a water and sewer fee of approximately $25 each, depending on your usage. There is also an annual $400 amenity fee for access to the pool, gym, and clubhouse. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, with responsive property managers and staff.

This is the most beautiful luxury apartment in the area due to its amazing appearance and well-kept area. Everything is clean and looking fresh. Its pet friendly, there is plenty of sidewalk to go on a stroll, there is a tiny playground. There is plenty of clarity during the night time, its quite and peaceful area as well.

Anyone that says this place is expensive does not understand the great deal that they are getting compared to other “luxury rentals”. Camelot is affordable, the space is amazing, our building is great, and our neighbors are friendly and quiet. Camelot is a new property but I’m telling you this place is like it’s own little community. Everyone greets each other in passing and everyone respects each other’s privacy. That’s literally what you’re looking for, to enjoy your space, and be unbothered. Any negative comments in here are inflated. Any maintenance issues (almost nonexistent) are handled promptly with safety in mind. In the middle of a pandemic, Camelot continues to put safety first. They sanitize the corridors weekly, you can smell the bleach and hear the vacuuming from time to time.
