Department looks fabulous. I’m so interested in renting one from you guys. I would love to be in a good environment with great people. That’s my prayer and I hope I’ll be one of the ones to be accepted by you guys. Thank you.

Update: The mailbox was replaced with a newer one and our windows were fixed and no longer leak. Special shout-out to Carmen Rodriguez. She made us feel heard and was so patient and determined to help us with our problem. Really appreciate it. I really want to give this place 5 stars but I just can’t. I could see increasing it in the future if some of these issues get fixed. Long review below so tldr is leasing office nice (especially Alan), generally nice apartment, poor maintenance experience. Pros: 1) The leasing office are nice people. They are accommodating, especially Alan who answers emails and tries his best to help. 2) The apartment is spacious. Calm and tidy place., has Children parks and good parking space. Good response to maintenance issues..

It's nice , spacious. But it doesn't have swimming pool in the campus that they mention in their facilities. Despite you have to pay for the swimming pool . No public transport at all. Other than that it's good.
