Very quiet very well kept up excellent landscaping grilling area and it's got very clean grills picnic tables and covered area very nice and clean pool very well keep ground's and good management. Very quiet and good neighbor's. I would recommend to anyone and you can have your 🐈🐾🐕🐾❤️ the 4 legged companion...

I recently visited my daughter at her apartment complex near UNCP, and I was truly impressed by the environment and the people I met, especially Phillip, Robin, and Jacob. They were incredibly friendly and made my visit even more enjoyable. Knowing that my daughter is surrounded by such kind and helpful individuals gives me peace of mind. She has mentioned that whenever she submits maintenance requests, Phillip and Jacob are always quick to respond and go above and beyond to assist. It reassures me to know she’s living in a place where she can rely on the staff when needed. The entire complex is well-maintained, from the beautifully kept grounds to the spotless lobby. My daughter and I both love this place, and I’m so glad she chose to live here while attending school.

This place made my first move Terrible !!!! From the day we moved in, the apartment wasn’t cleaned , No one never came to clean it , We had to clean it on our own . Not to mention the amount of mold and Mildew in the apartment that the property manager doesn’t want to take care of !! We complained for weeks even have pictures to prove it and nothing is yet to be done. We asked about switching units being this is a serious issue and We were told we couldn’t until our lease is up !!! This is ridiculous for the amount of money we pay! Living in this condition is not safe and can really cause health issues.

I can’t say anything bad about this place. I lived here two years, i really enjoyed this community very much. The staff is top notch and took good care of all my needs when any came up. The apartments are by far the best in the entire county. Nothing comes close to the luxury and amenities of this place. It’s somewhat pricey but worth it as it comes with having this type of atmosphere and accommodations. I would definitely rent here again if I ever needed to. But i bought a new home and can’t thank this place for allowing me to live here and thrive. I definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for luxury living, large rooms, an amazing kitchen and good size living room and dining room.
