Great apartment with a beautiful view and a very pleasant living environment. The place is well-maintained and peaceful. Special thanks to Yogesh and the team—they do an excellent job, are very helpful, and always go the extra mile to assist. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Love this place. They host games to involve the residents and their friends. My friend lives there and they respond very reasonably to the requests she puts in. Very close to campus for UNCP students who desire a close place to campus.

I moved to The View Apartments this past August, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The convenience is unbeatable—walking to class takes only a minute since it’s right across the street. The pricing is fair and honestly some of the best you’ll find in the area. The housing management and office staff have been consistently professional, friendly, and as helpful as possible within their limits. Overall, I’ve had an absolute blast living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I moved into this apartment complex a few years ago. I love how affordable it is! After I had a nightmare of a roommate who made life particularly difficult, the management team made arrangements so that I would have no roommates unless absolutely necessary so that I can live comfortably. My friends are now considering moving here, and I recommended it! Also, I originally moved in with one cat; however, my sorority sisters found another and I was allowed to have up to two animals so i took the kitten. Then, a couple of years ago, I found a kitten in the bushes outside of my window (cat distribution at work again!). When I could find no home for her and I steadily grew attached (despite my best efforts since i didnt think i could keep her), I got special permission from Mr. Cyrus, Miss Vict
