This is the worst place to stay in the city of Pembroke !! Run down apartments and property !!! Management nor the property owners care about the property or the tenants !!! The object is to make money off Hud !!! Management is very rude unhelpful and has no concern outside of rent !!!!
Well kept, manicured lawns, friendly community for 62+ and disabled.
