Village at Gaithersburg

I’ve been living at this property for over four years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. From the beginning, the leasing process was smooth and transparent, and everything was clearly communicated. Repairs and maintenance requests are handled promptly, and any updates or improvements are done thoughtfully. The apartment itself has remained comfortable and reliable, which makes it easy to feel at home here I really value living somewhere that’s stable, well-managed, and cared for. I feel confident recommending this property to anyone looking for a dependable, well-run place to call home.

I’ve been living here for about three months now, and overall my experience has been good. The move-in process went smoothly and everything was handled in an organized way, which I really appreciated. The manager, Claudia, has been very helpful and professional and made the transition easy. She’s been responsive whenever I’ve had questions and willing to help when needed. Since I’m still settling in, I’m getting used to a few things, but nothing major has been an issue so far. Overall, I feel comfortable living here and I’m satisfied with my decision to move in. I’m hoping things continue to go well moving forward.

I love the House it's beautiful and it's the floors comfortable But one thing is I found 8 rats in my house hiding somewhere where I didn't know but my cat killed 2 and I threw out 6 out the window and also There are cockroaches in my house but it's fine because all the rats are gone now and cockroaches only appear when my house is dirty

Me and my wife took time away from work to fill out the rental application. (The leasing office closes at 5pm.) I raced through traffic in the rain to get there. They had me provide all my personal information (ssn, DoB, salary, address, etc) on the rental application, and then told me to come back the next day with my social security card or email a copy. So I took time away from work again to go back the next day. They STILL wanted an emailed copy. I said gmail is not encrypted and asked if there’s a secure way to send my social security card to them, maybe an upload portal. They said no. Then they had the nerve to say I’d have to come back a third time with a printed copy of the card. I don’t even own a printer. I wish I didn’t give them my personal info. I worry they might not keep it

Had a quick and easy leaving with Roza! She explained everything really great and worked with my schedule and was super helpful and so nice and welcoming. Thank you Roza!! Excited to live here!
