Village At Fair Oaks

Really enjoyed living here. Jocelyn was a great manager and was always helpful. Even when we had issues with neighbor, she always took care of us. The community itself is always clean, parking is readily available, and it’s a close walk to the village which is a huge plus. We would have stayed longer but ended up buying a home. Thank you Jocelyn for making our living experience at Village pleasant.

If you have an appointment at 3 pm with someone who says driving 30 minutes to get there, you could have been more respectful than just putting a sign that says you will be back tomorrow. I was late 5 minutes due to the traffic, waited 10 minutes at your door hoping you'll be back, called you a couple of times. I don't know what to say. Well deserved 1 star.

I came there with my partner the lady that was working there had an attitude. She didn’t know we had a tour at 2:30 and it felt like we were an inconvenience to her and we just felt very rushed. The way to get there was terrible. Spiderwebs everywhere. Terrible terrible lady helping us. Didn’t bother explaining anything to us. The whole tour was only 10 min. Imagine if I lived there how would they help me if i had any issues. Not going to live there.

I was in a pinch to find an apartment complex within 30 days in early 2022 and these caught my eye due to the close proximity to the American River Bike Trail. It’s a quiet, gated complex that has security at night. Jocelyn (property manager) is extremely responsive and a genuine person who takes care of the residents. Maintenance is always quick to respond when an order is put in. As a single female, I never feel unsafe. It’s the perfect location and in walking distance of great restaurants, brew pubs, and the river. 10/10 recommend!

I used to live here for six years and it has been the nicest place to live! I may even come back one day! The river is right around the corner, the complex is quiet, the chicken park is so relaxing, and the manager Delilah is super helpful and friendly. I've had my fair share of apartments and this place has surpassed them all for sure!! Last addition, the schools in that district that my kids went to are some of the best schools in Sacramento!! Thank you Fair oaks community for making us feel like family!
