Warren Adams is rude and has issues. I offered 70,000 cash on his 94,000 listing and he would make every excuse available so he couldn't work with me. I said can I submit a letter of intent for 70,000, he said he will not take my Letter of intent. He said find a buyers agent I said can I go unrepresented he said no he doesn't work with buyers who wave representation. I said can you represent me as the buyers agent he said no very rudely. Then I said "ok I will look for a buyers agent thank you" then he just clicked and hung up the phone. What a rude and disrespectful person. Hope his brokerage sees this and sees how he talks to customers. I was all cash and have proof of funds but he would push me off to the side so much I didn't even get to say that. I could have even offered 75,000 and q
