Sunridge Apartments

I love my place despite the incident that happened on 12/04/25 when apartment had a plumbing issue. Ava is the on site apartment manager, who was amazing and had the appropriate venders come and take care of the problem immediately. On top of replacing vanity cabinet they updated the vanity handle and faucet, towel bars and toilet paper holder to match my shower curtain and towels. Ava is a compassionate and great manager who took care of everything very promptly. Lived in quite a few apartments and having a manager who lives on site is most definitely a plus! Thank Ava

Shout out to Sun Ridge Apts Maintenance staff! Thank you for making repairs in our apt with such a helpful attitude. You started and finished promptly, and cleaned up any traces of having made repairs. The apt feels much more cozy and comfy. We appreciate your service. Jose, you did a great job managing office needs in the managers absence as well. Great team work!

I enjoyed living at Sunridge Apartments. The apartment manager, Ava, was amazing. The response to maintenance requests were fast. I had no pest issues which was a big deal for me. My children were safe to play outside and my family truly enjoyed.

Sunridge apartments are amazing, well maintained and the complex is really quiet which is amazing! Ava the property manager cares for her residents and Mike the maintence worker very professional and knowledgeable as he quickly identified and solved the issue in my unit. Overall amazing experience with this complex. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a place to reside!

The manager Ava is communicative, helpful, and efficient. She has made great efforts to make us feel welcomed and prepared for an easy move in process. The apartments are very nice, the grounds are clean, and the community is fairly quiet and pleasant. Looking forward to staying here!
