JTS Property Management

JTS Property Management has been wonderful to rent from! I've been in apartments, rented privately, etc previously. I have been renting with them since 2022, and have been thoroughly impressed! Any issues that need attention are handled efficiently and with high quality. We had our entire fence go down in the winter storm of 2023, and they worked to get it fixed quickly. Other minor items have needed work, and it always gets handled. I feel comfortable renting a lovely home from them for myself and my kids. As a single mom, it's huge knowing there's a team I can trust to maintain the home's needs. They also always provide quick responses when I have general questions as well!

You cannot go wrong with JTS Property Management. My family had the pleasure of securing our new home in Elk Grove, Ca through JTS and the process was seamless and stressless. Kudos to Sebastian our application processor He’s Amazing! He was attentive and kept us informed throughout the whole process. The application process is very thorough but our new home was worth it.
