Villa Chateau Apartments

This place is terrible, and the manager, Landon, is particularly useless. I had a lease fully signed, deposit and first month’s rent paid for, and I never even got to move in because they refused to honor their part of the deal by making the place livable. The hot water didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, no one ever cleaned the place prior to when I was supposed to move in despite the staff lying to me and telling me it had already been done. I had to badger them into fixing the shower head, a light fixture, and the front doorknob. On top of that, the “new” appliances they put in weren’t installed until several days after my lease had already begun— and the lease start date was suggested to me by Landon specifically because he said the appliances would be put in before then! I lived here for a little over 3years and at first the landlords were awful because you could never get a hold of anyone when something happened. What about 10 months ago OKC real took over and the manager's name was landon and he was absolutely wonderful to me. If I ever had a problem all I had to do was call him and he took care of it. No one ever bothered me there and I felt safe. I would absolutely recommend it.

The apartments are under NEW MANAGEMENT!! The new manager is very nice and appreciates the tenants. She works well with me when I have any questions or problems. Our new maintenance man is very quick to attend to anything that goes wrong with the apartment. I would recommend this place to anyone. Lived here quite a while and these guys are the best!

I honeslty wish I could give this place a freaking 0 because people like to live here because this place has the least amount of crime but do not live here. The property manager is freaking rude and if I'm paying 605 a month for rent i would expect the stove and air conditioner to work properly but no. And it would be nice if they would always have a maintenance man handy for when stuff quits working like freaking always. All in all a crappy place to live. I am most definitely moving when my lease is up. Wish I could move now

This Victoria style apartment complex has a beautiful new management team that's working to put in new flooring and appliances. I can't wait to see the renovated floor plans! I've been thinking about moving back towards home for years. Maybe this will seal the deal!
