I currently live here, and there have been two management changes since I've moved in. The current management is much better, and they are working hard and trying their best to make the complex and community a better place to live after years of previous neglect. The maintenance staff is so friendly and informative. It might take them a minute to address concerns, but they usually do. Jose in the office is the best! Incredible and friendly. When I moved in, it was so quiet and peaceful, and it's starting to change with new neighbors. I'm hoping it gets back to being quiet soon. ❤️ I go out walking every day in the park and natural area. The views and natural spaces make this apartment complex better than other options.

Absolutely a slum lord’s property. Advertisement says we have a pool, sure if you count a pool of disgusting water that’s harvesting mosquitoes (hasn’t worked for 2 years and they refuse to fix it) think you’re going to come here because you need a stable place to live? Think again! Power and water go out like it’s their job. Now you may be thinking maybe it is clean though? Ha nope with puddles of water that will make your pets sick due to it being stagnate and trash all over the complex that brings parasite ridden mice. Maintenance is also a joke. You may or may not get your request filled it’s a 50/50 chance you’ll just have a broken kitchen for 6 months. Save yourself the cortisol spike and DO NOT rent from this awful company. The maintenance technician Ireal Allen did an excellent job. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issues, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently and the area was left clean. Very professional, respectful, and skilled. Highly recommend!

The maintenance supervisor Eddie has far been the best supervisor this complex has had in the entire 13 years living here! He is a very kind person his work ethic is amazing, showed up quick, made sure everything was running smoothly! This place has made a big turn around since he has started

The apartments are spacious and the view spectacular!!! Jose and Jessica from the new management company are wonderful, and there are a lot of major maintenance repairs going on since moving in on March 14th!
