Echo Ridge at North Hills

The property is absolutely disgusting. Every step you take you will be stepping in dog shit, kicking a piece of trash or tip toeing around broken alcohol bottles and pipes. If the outside is any reflection of the inside, I can only imagine why there are 100 mouse traps throughout the property. 🤮

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Echo Ridge at North Hills. From the moment I moved in, the management team and maintenance staff have been incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly, often within 24 hours. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and modern—with updated appliances, plenty of natural light, and a quiet atmosphere that’s perfect for both relaxing and working from home. The community amenities are also a huge plus. I love having access to the gym and pool they’re always well-maintained and never overly crowded. And the events the office has for the community have all been super fun and interactive. Parking is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Overall,
