Aspen Park Apartments

I was a resident from September 2023 - November 30, 2024. I’m going to be a bit long-winded but honest. On the day I was set to take possession of my apartment, I was given an appointment time of 11:30am to come and get keys and sign remaining documents. When I arrived, I learned that my apartment wasn’t ready and that they were changing the locks still. I left my daughter there and went to meet the movers I hired. She did not get keys until 1pm and there was only one key and no mailbox key. She did her best to take photos of the state of the apartment though there are some things that are difficult to capture. The carpet had A LOT of animal hair from the previous owner. There were some minor damages here and there (bathroom mirror had weird circle scratches, paint splatters, etc). The ref

The person who checked us in was so very helpful! We had trouble getting paperwork from insurance, etc, but she sat with us for a long time to get everything we needed to be able to move in! She was so so sweet and supportive! So patient with us! It was a great experience with her! She needs a raise or something special for doing everything she could to get us the apartment! She is very special to us now! Always happy and so willing to help us! A great experience with her! I really can’t say enough good things about her! I’m so impressed with her! Hello, Hello, my name is Kyler and I am one of the residents who lives at Aspen Park Apartments. These are the first Unit that I rented and the four past years that I’ve been living here It has been quiet and peaceful for me and does always has been a hometown for me and I have seen many of changes And I’m glad that I can witness them. The leasing office team and the landlord Manager Kristen has helped me with leasing information and Updates on Rental information and updates they have been real patient with me. I would also like to think of the maintenance Electrical and plumbing team of their hard work And Problem solving Solutions of the electrical and HCAC plumbing of over the years They have completed all of my maintenance requests with on code and right on time and I know they’re righ

Living here is not great by all means. I’ve lived here going on 2 years.. The lighting around the complex never works. They never shovel nor put ice melt down to prevent falls. There is graffiti scattered about. The 2 outdoor pools have never ever worked. The parking lot is full of pot holes and crappy repair work. The doors and windows inside my unit have terrible drafts and the apartment never stays warm. I’ve had water damage from the upstairs neighbors twice. The drains back up constantly and leak. And don’t get me started on the “laundry rooms”- they never have machines that work and are a RIP OFF. Nobody watches their kids so they are constantly breaking things and destroying the property. Rent is cheaper than most so I guess you get what you pay for.

While this complex is cheap and the inside of Units are not horrible, everything else stinks. This complex doesn't have in unit laundry, and when you try to use the shared laundry complex's they do have, majority of the machines are out of service, and they all have stickers saying the parts are on the way, yet shocker, months later they still don't work and the same stickers on them. The outdoor pool has been empty since I moved in and all of the kids in the complex just destroy all of the things, such as fences, patio fences, the railing near the pool and everything else you can think of. They have zero respect for the wild life in the area as well, as they like to throw rocks and sticks at anything living that is in their sight. If you want to struggle to do laundry and deal with kids
