Truly from my perspective as a visitor applying for the first time I came here to do a tour for the unit that I want to purchase I was treated fairly with much respect and kindness thanks to this wonderful and outstanding woman her name is Gennel Antonio Navarro she helped me with questions that I needed answers too and she was very polite and even her friend (coworker) next to her in the office was also respectful kind and at ease when I called. I sincerely believe that they both should get a great raise on their paychecks and a lot of recognition for their great customer services . Alisa was great giving me a tour, setting me up to apply for the apartment and then getting all the lease stuff taken care. She answers my many questions and emails with kindness and understanding. The move in went really, including maintenance helping me a couple of concerns. Keep up the good work everyone!

I applied for an apartment and unfortunately never received any follow-up regarding my application. While the staff seemed nice and the property appeared clean and well-maintained, there was a complete lack of communication from the office. When I visited to fill out a paper application, the experience did not feel welcoming. I’ve also called and emailed about receiving my holding fee back and still haven’t received a response. I believe the staff could benefit from additional training on communication and creating a more welcoming experience for applicants.

I have lived in these apartments for years and I have never seen worse management than now. There have been multiple cars that sit in parking spots with flat tires and don’t move for weeks. I have tried calling management multiple times and each time I am unanswered and never get reached out to. When I need maintenance they role their eyes and laugh keep in mind I am never rude. They say they enforce rules but cars without parking permits are allowed to sit in spots without towing. They say the garbage is dealt with yet there is garbage everywhere. Also I’m sure the apartments don’t pass any health inspection codes there have been numerous things left to the walls and to the stairs. I’ve been at this property for 2 years now and Jesus Estrada the maintenance supervisor has been absolutely amazing! He is very honest unlike most maintenance guys! Every time there is something wrong after hours like when our building had a gas smell he was there no questions! He and another maintenance man are ALWAYS picking up after the people that can’t seem to keep our complex clean!! And because of them our complex stays clean.
