Vida Kannapolis

I’m so excited to be moving into Vida! From the very beginning, the experience has been incredibly positive, and a huge part of that is thanks to Escarle. She gave me such a thorough and welcoming tour of the building and was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Escarle went above and beyond to help me get everything organized for my move-in, making the transition smooth and completely stress-free. She was always kind, patient, and genuinely sweet, which made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. If the level of care and professionalism Escarle showed is any indication, Vida is going to be a great place to call home. Highly recommend!

We have lived here for almost 2 years and I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough! The amenities are amazing and everything is always clean and well-maintained. The staff here is incredibly helpful and friendly. They’re always willing to answer questions or assist with anything you need. Maintenance is also top-notch; they’re quick to respond and always get the job done right. Another huge plus is the events they host for residents. It really adds to the sense of community here. Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to call home, and I’m grateful for the positive experience so far!

Lived here since the beginning and this has been hands down the best place I've lived! The office staff are beyond wonderful, Danielle works tirelessly to make sure everything is perfect! Every maintenance issue has been fixed way faster than I ever plan on, it's legitimately the best service out there. Couldn't pick a better place to live!

I resided here for just under two years. I would give my time here, four stars, but this review has five stars because of Danielle M. She was promoted during my residence and is now the Assistant Community Manager. (I actually toured the property with her and talked to her the day I signed my lease which looking back now was definitely a good sign.) Talk to her if you ever have any issues and she'll work with you to get them resolved! Danielle helped me out so much when I had to break my lease this summer and move out of state. Due to her kindness and flexibility, she made the difficult decision to relocate a bit easier on me mentally. I'll always be grateful for all she did to assist me during such a stressful time in my life. Side Note: I never really had any serious maintenance issues

I toured Vida Apartments with Escarla, and she was so sweet and helpful! She made the whole process super easy and answered all my questions. You can tell she really cares about what she does. Definitely made a great impression and hoping to join Vida apartments soon!
