Angie helped my husband and I sell our home this fall (2020), selling it in two days. It was admittedly during a hot market, but she did a fabulous job pricing it very fairly and guiding us in getting it ready to list. She was very detail-oriented, extremely honest and very knowledgeable. While we sold our home quickly, it wasn’t without some significant challenges; she kept her calm, professional demeanor the entire time and dealt effectively with each challenge as they arose. If we still lived in North Carolina, we’d use her again in a heartbeat. We can’t recommend her strongly enough.
