South Emerson Hills

Well first let me start off by given the office staff at South Emerson Hills a very big thank you for helping me through the process from beginning to end. They were very nice, helpful, and gave me a lot of hope. I also want to give a big thank you to the person that help get me processed, Lacurra, She was very helpful and definitely did her thing with communicating and walking me through the corrections. When Lacurra emailed me with that big approval, I felt like I won the lottery. I love this place. New, quiet, clean. Thanks everyone. God is good all the time.❤️

I stopped by during my lunch break hoping to get some helpful information about the property and the leasing process. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with were far from welcoming. Their tone was dry, their energy felt flat, and there was no real effort to engage or make me feel like a potential resident. The property itself seems to be in a great location and the pricing appears affordable, but first impressions matter. One thing I’ve learned over time is that the office staff can make or break your rental experience. If they don’t seem interested in helping you before you move in, chances are that same energy will continue once you’re living there. Good luck to anyone checking it out. Just keep that in mind when you visit.

I had a chance to stop by the office today and the apartments are really nice. Office staff was very friendly and helpful answered all my questions. The Leasing agent are very patient and helpful well job done ladies. Hope to move in soon and call This community my home !

South Emerson Hills is a beautiful community .. this place is very clean and well kept . I’m looking forward to moving in next week .. just want to give a huge shout out to Lacarra Mullis … she is amazing and helped me with every question I had . She made the process Somuch easier 😊

I wish it was possible to do 2 reviews, 1 for the property and 1 for office staff. The apartments are beautiful but the communication between the property manager Nikki Burgos is horrible. This is the worst moving experience I have ever had IN MY LIFE! I am finally in my apartment after a long, tedious process. I don't know what happened to Ms. Francis, but she surely is missed by myself, and so many other tenants/ potential tenants, that I have had the pleasure of meeting.
