Redwood Kannapolis Parkway

First off I want to say our maintenance guy Jose is a gem truly in this day and age I never seen him take smoke breaks. I never see him on his phone. He’s always working. He always responds to questions and responds almost immediately to any maintenance requests that any of us have had. There are 180 units here at Redwood Kannapolis. He is one of the few redeeming qualities that Redwood Kannapolis has,This past weekend we had unprecedented weather. The Redwood office sent out an email Friday before the storm began to assure us that if the snow got more than 2 inches that they had contracted a company to come out and remove the snow and btw your rent is due on the 1st. Thank you for ALWAYS fixing things quickly, keeping us safe and making Redwood feel like home! The dead shrub was promptly removed. However the replacement shrub still hasn’t been planted. The landscaping company did promptly use a weed wacker to cut the weeds (crab grass) that comprises our lawn. But weeds grow fast and it’s starting to look overgrown again. Mowers can’t do it properly We’re just very disappointed that our lawn is nothing but weeds and the hill behind us is either weeds or large bare spots. Seems like weed control is nonexistent. The community needs to be relooked for its appearance.

I started by making an appointment for a self tour of the floor plan I was interested in. Afterwards, went over to the office and spoke with Logan. What a pleasure! We chatted a while and I wanted to sleep on it. The next morning I applied online, was contacted by Logan, and the whole thing was a breeze! Logan could not have been more kind and accommodating, I found the whole sign up process a breeze, and had approval and a lease signed in a few days! I cannot wait to move in next month!

Not only did José fix what the request was for but he had also noticed another issue we hadn't put in a request for yet and he fixed it! I've never experienced that level of customer service from a maintenance team at any of my apartments. Exceptional.
