A dangerous place to live. There has been 2 foot wide potholes in front of building 2 for several months. Management does not care. Nor do they care about causing damages to tenants cars. Also, the laundry situation is terrible. The machines cost $6 per load and the machines constantly eat money and there is no way to get a refund.

DO NOT RENT HERE... the apartments are nice, yes, but the people who work there are inept, especially since all the people who work in the office are disrespectful. If you go to report a problem, they treat you rudely as if you were going to ask for money or steal. They are always in a bad mood. I think that if they don't like their job or it stresses them out, they should leave the person who truly appreciates them at work.

Had a great experience moving apartments. The new management has been fantastic.

DO NOT RENT HERE My husband and I rented here for a year, and then they told us that they won't be renewing our lease because the place was "unsanitary." When I called maintenance to fix the oven because it wouldn't close, they had people to take photos (without our prior knowledge or consent), and none of the photos showed that the place was "unsanitary." It was just the kind of mess that could have been cleaned up in fifteen minutes. I was busy cooking for Shabbos then, and so the kitchen wasn't the tidiest. There were no rats or bugs anywhere. When they sent us the email saying that our place is "unsanitary," I felt so dehumanized; it felt as if someone had put me on that People of Walmart blog without my consent. Besides the quiet that we get on the third floor.. The place is dirty and unkept. Horrid service with snow removal during the winter months. Other renters do not care about keeping the outside areas clean of trash despite the managements paper signs being posted on the trash bins which really did nothing.. People let their kids leave scraps of food on the stairs and hallways.. The bugs are another issue. And the heat during the winter months gets way to hot at times. Renters need to have their own thermostats.. Its ok for now.. Kid friendly and mostly quiet.. Its an old building but should be kept up better.. Other than that I can't recommend it to anyone else.
