These people who manage and own the blueberry complex are monsters. They don't care about anyone but themselves. You will be miserable over here from day one; trust me. Save yourself aggravation and don't move here. The nuisances as far as dirt, potholed pavements, constant noise from the heavy property machinery every day, and racing cars and motorcycles throughout the night will destroy your life. The garbage trucks will wake you up all hours of the night and you will have no one to talk to. The dust and mildew in the apartment from the construction outside will give you allergies the likes of which you have never experienced. It’s a nightmare to deal with the office. Nobody picks up the phones there. You can call and call. Nothing. But besides for that, the prices are EXTREMELY high and they’re just taking advantage of the lack of options for young couples in Monsey. The owners greed is palpable from the first second you deal with them. Bad place 👎

No one picks up the phone when you call. Plus I can’t find the office. How am I supposed to get in touch with someone to rent a apartment?
