I did not get an appraisal but I got appraisal advice for free which shows to me a person of integrity. I was looking for a personal (not needed for legal matters) appraisal of a coop which they generally don’t do and since the gentleman ascertained it wasn’t needed for legal purposes, he explained in detail how I might estimate the value which obviously I could do on my own.
