Victoria Crossing Apartments

I have so many family members that lives here, so I’m there almost everyday the grounds are beautiful, the apartments are very modern and the office manger Ms Kelly is always there. I’ve never had any issues with going there and not being able to speak to her. Ms Kelly has always been very welcoming and polite every time I’ve spoken to her. And just like any other place if something happens you call the police, it doesn’t has to be about crime someone can be sick and that could be officers backing paramedics. I think it’s a pleasant community overall.

I’ve lived here since the complex opened(2023), and the value has gone downhill every year. My 1BR/1BA has gone from $948 to $1,468, and for what? There are no laundry facilities, no pool, and no amenities of any kind. The front gate only worked for about four months and has been broken ever since, offering zero sense of security. For the price they’re charging now, you can easily find a 1BR/1BA in this area with an in-unit washer/dryer, a pool, and actual amenities. This place is basically overpriced and under-delivering. You’re paying luxury rent for a bare-minimum apartment. Look elsewhere—you can absolutely get more for your money.

No housing manager, cant get the corporate number from the assistant, and pest control entered our home with No notice! Not to mention how often cops get called here, and the blood trail that stained the side walk in front of the leasing and first buildings

How do we get ahold of the right person to apply to be able to move into this community. My mother in law is very interested but can’t find a phone number anywhere

New apartments, nice, roomy, reasonably priced, some components still in development; ie, walking area, kids area etc.
