I've been living in this complex for 8 years and pay my rent on time and respectful, I believe every tenet is important and deserves respect. My complaint is about the manager who lives in the same complex with us doesn't seem to have a enough management skills, favor some tenets than others. She puts rules in place then she lets others get away with a lot of wrong. She never re stock's supplies for the complex they are always out of maintenance supplies. I believe it's her way of retaliation when we call her out on her wrong management skills. I'm so tired of seeing the manager sit in the office to do nothing. She never walks the grounds to ensure safety of the tenets.never keeps up on the cleanliness of the complex making sure everything is done right. A swimming pool that never gets to

My mom has been living here for over 25 years and I tried apartment searching when I was moving in with my husband and let me tell you, you will NOT find a better apartment that this one!!! Dishwasher! Multiple laundromats! Pool! Playground for children! Basketball court! Spacious porches! And not to mention having a pet that doesn't have to be less than 20 pounds!!! I love these apartments and the managers are doing great keeping the place in shape! Hopefully my husband and I can land a place here, our last apartment didn't have anything this place offers, let alone a freaken dishwasher!!!!

Current management does not live up to how it was before. The pool is never open and the manager is hardly in the office and is hard to reach. Calling to have repairs done takes forever to actually get a request answered.

I am not a resident of the apartments but of a nearby house they have painted all the curbs in front of the apartments red so no one can park there and so we have many residents of the apartments that park in front of our house and take up our parking spaces and leave trash and just sit in their vehicles to smoke or sleep something needs to be done the management needs to get ahold of this stuff I have already had many cars towed for abandoning since they leave them without moving for weeks at a time

Worst place to live it is completely roach infested as well bed bugs In this complex rude managers maintaince workers steal from units don't do there job and make flase reports the owner is rude and racist only cares about a profit instead of his tentats and prefers to shampoo a carpet that was rented from a previous tent instead of putting new carpet like renters law states to do the managers harass tenants and children has a play area for children yet no children are allowed to use the area horrible experience living here do not waist your money paying for a roach infested mold rotted apartment your money is better spent on a hotel if we are being honest
